Administrator view
When logged in as an admin, the following menu options are available:
- Overview – statistics on company vehicles and trips
- Logs – view and manage company mileage logs
- Vehicles – view and manage company vehicles
- Costs – view and manage vehicle costs
- Export – export mileage logs to PDF
Reporter view
When logged in as a reporter, the following menu options are available:
- Mileage log – create and edit trip logs
Simple and complete mileage log
The app is simple and complies with the Swedish Tax Agency's requirements. It remembers the previous trip and automatically suggests the odometer reading – no GPS or surveillance required. The administrator gets a clear overview of company vehicles and can ensure the log is always correct and up to date.
