Terms & Conditions

1. Contract Period

The contract period is rolling with no minimum commitment. The first trial month is free of charge.

2. Payment

Payment is made quarterly in advance by invoice with 30-day payment terms. Payment is made by bank transfer. If payment is not received despite reminders, Itendi AB reserves the right to suspend the customer's account and terminate all services provided. Reminders are sent by e-mail to the customer's registered contact address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that Itendi AB holds a correct and active e-mail address. Refunds of paid fees are only made where termination is based on changes in functionality or restrictions that negatively affect the customer. Changes and custom solutions beyond the standard account are not included in the price and are billed per hour (SEK 750).

3. Termination

Itendi AB reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the customer has breached any of the clauses in this agreement.

4. Manufacturer's Liability

Itendi AB does not exercise control over information or material stored in the customer's account. Itendi AB is not liable for direct or indirect damages and financial losses due to errors, delays, imperfections, interruptions, failed deliveries of data, unavailability or similar circumstances or events. Itendi AB is not liable for damages if a third party intrudes upon Itendi AB's computer resources and gains access to, destroys or tampers with information. Itendi AB shall make every reasonable effort to ensure that all hardware, software and network infrastructure operates such that the services provided to the customer function satisfactorily. Regular back-ups of the customer's account are performed.

5. Privacy Policy

We apply technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against loss and against unauthorised access. Itendi AB shall, to the extent possible in its role as data processor, safeguard your right to: access personal data; have personal data corrected or deleted; have access to personal data restricted; have personal data transferred to another party (data portability); object to the processing of personal data; and we will report a personal data breach to the supervisory authority.

6. Customer's Responsibility

The customer undertakes to comply with Swedish legislation. The customer undertakes not to engage in unauthorised intrusion into computer resources connected to the Internet or into those of Itendi AB. The customer is responsible for setting sufficiently strong passwords to prevent unauthorised access to their account.

7. Time-reporting Data

The customer owns the information in their database. A database backup can be obtained from Itendi AB upon request.

8. Force Majeure

Itendi AB shall be exempt from damages and other penalties if the fulfilment of the agreement is prevented or significantly impeded by any circumstance – such as war, government intervention, unrest, restrictions on energy supply, labour disputes, prohibitions, restrictions, withheld permits, accidents, unfavourable transport or weather conditions, or failures by sub-contractors – that Itendi AB could not reasonably have foreseen at the time the agreement was concluded and whose consequences Itendi AB could not have avoided or overcome.

9. Support

Customers of Itendi AB receive support by contacting support via e-mail at support@tidrapport.nu or by phone at +46 500-600036. Customers should always first attempt to resolve issues themselves before contacting support. Support is always guaranteed where Itendi AB may be responsible for technical or installation errors. Itendi AB will of course also assist with other matters to the extent possible.

10. Reference

Itendi AB may use the customer as a reference on www.tidrapport.nu.

11. Company Expansion

If the company grows in number of employees after this agreement is signed, prices may be adjusted in accordance with the price list below.
