Planning – an add-on that gives an extra boost

Planning can be activated in Tidrapport and enables you to:

Plan your projects in a flexible planning calendar
Quickly and easily control who does what and when
Show the reporter their schedule directly in their calendar
Manage recurring projects
Assign available resources to projects
Plan in monthly, weekly or daily view
Quickly get an overview of workload
Split projects into phases
Mark projects as complete

SMS reporting

Report easily via SMS. Requirements:

A reporter must be registered with the mobile number the SMS is sent from
The reporter must know the project number
SMS is sent to: 0731230470

Format: Tid [project number] [hours] [km] [note] (space-separated)

Example: Tid 9004 8 37 Framed interior walls.
