Why use our Electronic Staff Ledger?
Our Electronic Staff Ledger (e-liggare) meets the Swedish Tax Agency's requirements and exports approved time records.
Staff clock in and out easily via app, web or SMS, and the administrator gets full control.
Administrator view
When logged in as an admin, you can:
- Get an overview of currently clocked-in staff
- View logs of clock-ins and clock-outs
- See all registered users
- Export time records in the format approved by the Swedish Tax Agency
- Browse projects

How the Electronic Staff Ledger works
Four simple steps to manage your electronic staff ledger
Add project
When a project requiring a electronic staff ledger comes in, register it with the Swedish Tax Agency and receive a reference/project number. Enter this under Administer → Projects and set Electronic Staff Ledger = Yes. The project then appears in the electronic staff ledger and you can start clocking in and out.
Complete personnel data
The Swedish Tax Agency requires that personal identity numbers are added for all reporters. After activating the electronic staff ledger in your company this appears under Administer → Users. For subcontractors, personal identity number, organisation number and company name are required.
Verify the electronic staff ledger
As the project progresses, the supervisor manages the electronic staff ledger easily. It is good practice to regularly check that Administer → Electronic Staff Ledger → Overview matches reality – i.e. that everyone on site has clocked in.
Follow up the Electronic Staff Ledger
Our goal is to make the electronic staff ledger as simple as possible and manageable entirely by the on-site supervisor. The supervisor can clock reporters in/out, correct errors, add new users (subcontractor users), and export approved XML files if the Swedish Tax Agency pays a visit.
