For everyone with the planning module enabled: plan projects with a start and end time, create recurring stages, and create reports directly from a planned project with pre-filled hours.
This update comes from a customer request – and that is how we develop much of Tidrapport. You who use the system every day know best what is needed, and your feedback often turns into concrete features.
Plan projects with a start and end time
For everyone with the planning module enabled: you can now plan projects with a start and end time. This works really well if you have several different projects during the day – they are sorted in order based on their time.
Recurring stages
You can also create recurring stages (a series) if you know the project will happen several times going forward, for example always on Wednesdays at a certain time.
Create a report directly – with pre-filled hours
When you click on a planned project, you can create a report directly from there, and the hours are pre-filled in the report to reduce the risk of errors and make it even easier for the reporter. In the app, you always want things to be quick and smooth.
All in all, this planning greatly helps both administrators and reporters – a clearer overview for the person planning and less manual work for the person reporting.
