We have been working intensively since December and are now delivering a range of major updates: integrations with four accounting systems, supplier invoices with automatic interpretation, a form module, a drawing module and much more.
Integrations with four accounting systems (in progress, Fortnox first)
We are building integrations with Sweden's most widely used accounting systems. All under one common platform that makes it easy to switch systems without losing data.

Cloud storage integration (in progress)
Support for Dropbox, OneDrive and Google Drive. Browse, upload and download files directly from Tidrapport, automatic backup/export of data, and each customer has their own isolated connection.
Supplier invoices — a completely new flow (launching any moment)
A complete system with automatic PDF interpretation that reads amounts, VAT, supplier and currency. QR code scanning for Swish, Bankgiro and SEPA. Approval flow with up to 3 levels, reject & edit, batch payment, link invoice to expense, email import, automatic reminders, invoice approval in the mobile app and PDF export.
Form module (in progress)
Build your own forms for virtually anything! Self-inspections, employee surveys, checklists, inspection protocols, risk assessments, course evaluations or daily safety reports. Forms with various field types, linked to projects with support for file attachments in responses.
Drawing module (in progress)
Import Bluebeam-exported CSV files with room data and link to PDF drawings. Installers can mark rooms with status directly in the drawing view and start a self-inspection linked to a specific room.
Invoicing & Finance
Project-specific invoice bases with customised prices per project and time type.
Security
All passwords in the system are now encrypted. New secure password reset with email verification. Improved "remember me" feature that survives restarts, so you don't have to log in again after an update.
Performance & User Experience
Project costs and invoices — dramatically faster for large datasets. Clearer and better charts, improved planning with search functionality and colour coding, and improved project details with new tabs for expenses & materials.
