From time report to sent invoice – no detours

Once time is approved in Tidrapport, you create the invoice draft directly from the project. The draft is sent to Fortnox where the invoice is ready to review and send – with the right customer, the right articles and any ROT/RUT deduction already in place.

No copy-and-paste, no mistyped amounts and no forgotten hours.

The Payroll module

Approved hours in Tidrapport become payroll data in Fortnox Lön – automatically. Overtime, absence and supplements are included, so the payroll run is fast and accurate.

You choose how the data is delivered:

  • Directly via API – payroll data is sent straight to Fortnox Lön, with no file handling.
  • PAXML file – export a standard file and import it into Fortnox Lön, if you prefer that workflow.
