Simple and user-friendly – it shows
Something we have noticed lately is that many new customers find their way to us precisely because Tidrapport is so simple and user-friendly. Several have tried competitors' systems and found them bloated and complicated, with a long onboarding period before everyone is up and running.
That makes it extra rewarding to offer a system that is easy to get started with, has a really good price and actually covers most needs – often it is just a matter of looking through the settings or asking us, and the feature is already there.
Your suggestions are taken seriously
Both long-time customers and brand-new ones have noticed that their suggestions and requests are taken seriously. Many of the features in Tidrapport started out as a customer request – and that is how we want to keep working. Do you have an idea? Get in touch!
