There is now a messaging feature directly in Tidrapport. Reporters, supervisors and administrators can send internal messages to each other – without switching apps.
This time we want to highlight a feature we believe many of you will find really useful: Messages – a chat built right into Tidrapport.
Internal messages without switching apps
Reporters, supervisors and administrators can now send internal messages to each other directly in the app. That means you no longer have to jump between different apps to check something quickly – a question about today's project, a changed time or a message to the supervisor can be handled in the same place where you already report your time.
Having communication in the same system as time reporting makes everyday work easier: everything in one place and fewer apps to keep track of out on the job.
You can also upload files in a conversation, so a photo from the site or a document can be sent directly in the message.
How to enable Messages
The feature is enabled on the web under the menu option "My company → Settings → Other".
More in the same updates
In addition to Messages, v5.2.6 includes a new calendar marking: when the day's total hours fall below the administrator's limit, the day is marked in red with a warning triangle. We have also made the app start faster and fixed several bugs.
