From paper to app
Payroll and machine reporting used to be done on paper and handed in manually. Today employees report their daily time and their machine in the Tidrapport app. The machine reports become the invoicing basis sent to the customer, with the option of customer approval. The app also holds holiday requests, colleagues' contact details, the schedule, documents and news from the office.
Less number-crunching in the office
“Since several employees can report on the same project, we get a compiled invoicing basis straight away, which saves a lot of time in the office,” says Kia Andersson at Schakt & Kanal. And the operators no longer need to fill the machine cab with documents – they are in the app.
