Kartrapport is our new service for work on areas, for example snow clearing, gritting, sweeping, mowing or inspections. The office draws the areas on the map and employees start and finish the work on site in the app. Everyone sees right away what is done.
We have built a brand new service: Kartrapport. It is made for work on areas, for example snow clearing, gritting, sweeping, mowing, inspections or cleaning.
How it works
The office draws the areas on a map and starts a round when something needs to be done. In the app, employees see which areas remain, navigate there and tap Start work when they arrive and Done when they are finished. If you can't finish, you give the reason so the next person knows where to continue. Everyone sees right away which areas are done, in progress or need to be redone. Afterwards the office exports a report in Excel or PDF.
Add-on or a service of its own
If you already use Tidrapport, Kartrapport is activated as an add-on and employees log in to the app with the same username and password. Kartrapport also works standalone for companies that don't use Tidrapport. The app is available on the App Store and Google Play.
Pilot in progress
We are currently running Kartrapport together with a pilot customer, and we are happy to bring in more companies that want to be part of it from the start.
